Since silt is very fertile im assuming you can grow grain there? Anyways there isnt a lot of wood in Egypt atleast there isnt a variety. Grain could be made as a crop easily depending on what you learned. Another reason i would say yes is because you could make wood materials with wood and all. For example, a wooden axe you cant make tools with grain. Hope i helped!
