It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorida Schlesinger (Jennings, Louisiana), who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Istre and Pauline LaBouve Istre; her husbands, Allen Corea "AC" LaFosse and Albert Schlesinger; her daughter Gwen Oliver; and her siblings, Lindsey Eldie Camel, Ethel Benoit, Wilma Jean Fontenot, and Carlton Istre.
She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Broussard of Jennings, Denice Sonnier (Tony) of Jennings and Ricky LaFosse (Carmen) of Lake Arthur; and her grandchildren, Connie LeDoux, Shandell Milliman, Damesha Humphrey, Brittany Boutwell, Alanna McRee, Cory LaFosse and Amber LaFosse. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
