...ok first im going to put what i immediately said when i read that then some words that come to mind after thinking about it for a little.

1. haha sad ( please don't question that )

2. i guess i think of more...not good things when i think about mental health. like i think about being stressed and needing a break from things, and like intrusive thoughts.
